Message
After your initial Invitation to Bid has been sent, you will run into the need for Addendum and Message Notification. Click the "Add Bid Package Message" Icon 
.
Any Files Physically Attached to a BID PACKAGE MESSAGE are included in the fax. ( PDF, Word & Excel )
** Any Files Attached Using These Method's Will Be Included In The Fax Generated From The System, if you attach a 4 page PDF, it will be a 5 page fax ( Cover Sheet ) **
Please Notice the 2 check-boxes at the top of the form, setting these will allow you to specify who the message gets sent to for Not Answered and All who "Will Bid" This will prevent faxes being sent to invitee's who have responded "Will not Bid"
After Clicking Add Message the screen above comes up. Enter in a subject and a message description. Upon creation and completion, you can use the controls at the top to send this notification out by Fax, Email or by User Preference.
** Upon Fax - the fax status on the main screen will reset for failed, success or pending status **
Public / Private Message
You have a choice on sending out a message. Public is going to be sent to all of the team; Private allows you to send to specific contacts / users only. If you chose private, the people left unchecked will not see the message.
