Forward an RFI To A Third Party
In order for you to be able to forward an RFI, you must have folders setup and defined in project defaults.
Forward
You can forward an RFI for discussion to 3rd party consultants
Click on the RFI you wish to respond
Click on the Forward To Third Party Icon 
A history will appear at the top of the RFI – Note: Forwarded RFIs will be given their own numbering sequence
| • | Change to To and From fields to the appropriate people |
| • | Enter any comments you may have in the Question Box |
| • | Transmit the RFI by clicking on the Transmit Icon  |
| • | Upon return of the RFI, post any further comments you have in the Replies text box. |
| • | Click the Choose Response & Close Icon to forward back to Original RFI ( Select Attachments you wish to be sent back before clicking "Chose Response and Close"  |
