March 2001 Customer focus groups conducted and first release enhancements are identified and V1.2 demonstrates new document management features including digital scanning of all docs--including faxes, the predominant method of notification utilized by Subs for Bid notices, responses and Closeout.
January 2001 Alpha Version 1.0 product launched with ten customers and fully staffed Customer Service Desk. Alpha shows customers flexibility and ease of system, especially since Windows Icons look and feel are incorporated on February 13th. 2001.
