All elements of the building are quickly accessed by approved Users and service technicians from the original Subcontractor may be dispatched with all equipment and installation information.

Service Orders are requested directly by the Building Manager or the building Maintenance Engineer, Tennant or Owner, via the web 24/7/365.

All categories and items are clearly presented and again, our Microsoft .Net platform offers friendly icons to select from ensuring ease of operation.

Service request categories are defined as Emergency, Rush or Standard and the requestor completes the entire Service Request form to ensure nothing is left for chance.

When the Subcontractor has been dispatched and the service completed, the authorized User updates the system to ensure future warranty or paid service addressing the same request, may be reviewed with confidence.
